Add Rice Krispies to a large mixing bowl, set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil then remove from heat.
Immediately pour mixture over the Rice Krispies and stir until evenly coated.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and press into a flat, even layer using a greased spatula.
Add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until the chips are fully melted.
Pour the melted chips over the pressed cereal and spread into an even layer.
