- 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1½ cups Bisquick
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the hot sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, Bisquick, and shredded Mexican cheese blend. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the Balls: Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each ball.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the sausage balls to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
