- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 (28-oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (25-oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook Sausage: Brown the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat; drain any excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and remove from heat.
- Mix Cheeses: In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder. Toss with frozen ravioli until evenly coated.
- Assemble Casserole: Layer the cheese and ravioli mixture in the prepared baking dish. Top with the meat sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Cook uncovered for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
