INGREDIENTS
- 9 cups Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
- Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until melted, stirring in between.
- Pour mixture over cereal and stir gently until completely coated.
- Transfer to a large ziplock bag, add powdered sugar and salt and shake well until totally coated. Serve and enjoy!
