- ½ cup butter
- 1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Combine Sugars and Milk: Stir in the brown sugar and milk, bring to a boil, and continue boiling for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Mix in Peanut Butter and Vanilla: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
- Incorporate Confectioners’ Sugar: Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl containing the confectioners’ sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish and chill until firm, about 1 hour.
