Cream Cheese Chicken Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, undrained
- 1 10-oz. can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 8-oz package light cream cheese
