- 1 box brownie mix (approximately 18.3 oz)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, vegetable oil, and eggs until well blended. The dough will be thick.
- Add Extras: Fold in the chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Shape Cookies: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the centers remain soft.
- Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
