Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter. Mix until well blended.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is smooth and easy to handle.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, ensuring even distribution.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
- Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.
