- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 package (12 oz) rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the ranch dressing, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add Pasta and Proteins: Stir in the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and crumbled bacon until everything is well coated.
- Layer and Cheese: Pour half of the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining pasta and cheese.
- Top with Breadcrumbs: Mix breadcrumbs with a bit of melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish and Serve: Optionally, garnish with parsley or extra bacon bits before serving.
