  • 1 package (12 oz) rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the ranch dressing, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add Pasta and Proteins: Stir in the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and crumbled bacon until everything is well coated.
  • Layer and Cheese: Pour half of the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining pasta and cheese.
  • Top with Breadcrumbs: Mix breadcrumbs with a bit of melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
