INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mayo
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons panko or breadcrumbs
PREPARATION
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, and ½ cup parmesan. Stir until fully combined.
- Mix the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and pepper into the cheese mixture and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ¼ parmesan and the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve hot with crackers, chips, or bread.
