Cheesy Garlic Herb Dip

  • 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons panko or breadcrumbs
  1. Grease an 8×8 baking dish and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, and ½ cup parmesan. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Mix the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and pepper into the cheese mixture and transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ¼ parmesan and the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Serve hot with crackers, chips, or bread.
