  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

 

  1. Prepare the Pasta: Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooled spaghetti with cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and black olives.
  3. Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss to coat thoroughly. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
