- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
- Layer Base: Arrange the hash browns evenly in the dish.
- Mix and Pour: In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Add bacon, half the cheese, and green onions. Pour over hash browns.
- Top It Off: Sprinkle the remaining cheese atop.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden.
- Rest: Let it stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
