Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Spices: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap Chicken: Wrap each tender with a slice of bacon, ensuring the bacon overlaps slightly.
- Dredge in Sugar Mix: Dredge each bacon-wrapped tender in the spice mix, pressing to adhere the coating.
- Prepare for Baking: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken tenders on the rack.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Broil for Finish: Broil for a few minutes at the end to caramelize the sugar coating.
